Apple Cider Vinegar Recipe

Apple Cider Vinegar is an overall health tonic that should be taken daily for optimal health. Apple cider vinegar can be a bit bitter on its own. It's much better on the palate, though, when mixed with other delicious ingredients.


Here is a recipe to try:

1. 8 oz. Filtered Water

2. 2 tbsp. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

3. 2 tbsp. Raw Honey

4. 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice

5. 1 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon


Mix well together, add ice if desired, and drink.
